General terms of service (GTS)

These GTS define the conditions under which Rationalab provides consulting, web, mobile, SaaS and AI solution services. Every engagement is preceded by an accepted quote.

The ordering process is as follows:

• Initial contact via the online calendar (Calendly).
• Qualification meeting and scope definition.
• Proposal and quote sent by Rationalab.
• Client acceptance of the quote, confirmed by signature and payment of the agreed deposit.

Client ownership: Source code, designs and project-specific deliverables created for the client become the client's exclusive property after full payment of amounts due.

Agency ownership: Rationalab retains ownership of its tools, pre-existing libraries, frameworks or standard components used to deliver the project.

Given the nature of projects (SaaS, AI), both parties undertake to maintain strict confidentiality over technical, strategic or commercial information exchanged during the engagement.

Rationalab provides development services on a best-efforts basis. The agency cannot be held liable for service interruptions or data loss due to external factors (third-party hosting, external APIs, etc.) or non-compliant use by the client.

Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise stated on the quote. Late payment automatically incurs statutory late penalties and a fixed recovery fee.

Any dispute relating to these terms shall, failing amicable resolution, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rationalab's registered office (Créteil).
