Scheduling is handled via Calendly. Data you provide there (identity, contact details, time slot) is processed by Calendly under its privacy policy. Rationalab receives the information needed for commercial qualification and meeting coordination.

We only retain data strictly necessary to manage the commercial relationship (correspondence, quotes, invoicing) and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.

If you submit a testimonial, we process the information provided (name, role, company, quote, photo where applicable) for moderation and possible publication on the website. Publication is never automatic.
